Vitamin A
This vitamin helps to keep your dermis and your epidermis healthy. It has healing properties as well as helping prevent breakouts. It is an antioxidant and it hydrates the skin.

Vitamin B3 is one of the best B vitamins for your skin. It is also called Niacin – it can help with eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, hyper pigmentation, ageing, dry skin, sun damaged skin.
